free shipping is only available to addresses located in the United States. orders must be a least $65.00 before shipping and taxes are added. any orders under $65.00 will be charged $6.95 per order shipped. additional fees may apply for expedited shipping.

order processing

most order are processed within 24 hours of receipt (processing time does not include weekend days). order placed on saturday and sunday will be processed the following Monday.

shipping

robert jones beauty orders are shipped and delivered on business days. most orders are delivered within 5 -7 business days from the orders ship date. shipping is $6.95 for orders shipped to addresses in the United States, ($11.95 for orders shipped to Canada).

returns

within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from robert jones beauty, for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Any item received damaged or parts missing must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Any book in its original condition.
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) VHS tape, DVD or software program..
• We cannot accept returns on makeup accessories. Including brushes, eyelash curlers, lip palettes, brush cleaner or storage jars.

We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
